Negar Tower is 114 meters high and has 31 floors and 220 units. This tower is built on a 40,000 square meter infrastructure. The structure of the tower is a metal frame with a composite roof covering.

The total area of ​​the tower facade is 13,800 square meters, which is a combination of aluminum facade in the form of composite and double glazing. The facade of the glass is 550 square meters and argon gas is used between the glasses. The use of aluminum has reduced the weight and lightness of the structure compared to other metal materials.

 

The interior of the units is made of wallpaper, general floors of granite and stairs are made of travertine.

A helicopter runway with an area of ​​130 square meters is located at the top of the tower.

The tower has a 7-storey car park with a capacity of 249 cars and has a special elevator to transport cars from the ground floor to the third floor car park.

5 passenger elevators with a capacity of one thousand kilograms (13 people) have been installed inside the tower and two emergency stairs have been built in the tower.

The required heating and cooling system and hot water are provided through 2 absorption chillers and 2 boilers. Also, the units are supplied with electricity separately from the electricity room on the first floor. In all units, UPS is installed to protect information during power outages and each unit has 10 telephone lines.
